I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A, but my recent visit to the Orange location left me quite frustrated. Despite my love for their food, the slow-moving line was a major drawback. I found myself stuck in line for over 25 minutes before even getting the chance to place my order.One notable difference I observed compared to other Chick-fil-A locations was the staff's approach. Instead of actively walking to cars to take orders, they remained stationary. This might be one reason why the service felt sluggish, as it appeared that valuable time was being lost.Despite the service hiccup, the food at Chick-fil-A Orange was, as always, delicious and up to their high standards. However, I sincerely hope they can work on improving their efficiency and speed, aligning with the standards set by other Chick-fil-A locations in Southeast Texas. A quicker and more efficient service would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience for their customers.
