The food was excellent, and the service was great. The prices are quite reasonable, especially the lunch box special with the beef and chicken combo—it's a great value for your money! Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

The food is outstanding, delicious, and reasonably priced! However, the customer service left much to be desired. The young woman at the cash register was unresponsive and rude, often saying “we don’t do that” even when it was clearly stated on the menu. I felt uncomfortable having to ask for clarification repeatedly, but I needed to ensure I understood correctly. She seemed annoyed each time but eventually realized I was right. Additionally, the prices listed on the menu boards did not match the actual prices we were charged.

Reasonable price, Great customer service, although volcano roll wasn't as great. Bento Bowls was delicious!
