Feedback gevenI'm not sure what changed, but it seems like they've started using less meat lately. I've returned a few dishes and eventually decided to stop going. One restaurant consistently serves the right amount of meat, but then the next time I visit, it’s noticeably less.
I had my last experience at Grumpy Mike's, and unfortunately, it wasn't a positive one. The employees seemed unfriendly and unhelpful each time I've visited. It felt like I was bothering them just by placing my order, and they often acted annoyed when I asked them to repeat themselves. Their tone became a bit harsh on the second attempt. I couldn't help but wonder why the place is always so empty—perhaps that could be the reason. A little positivity and appreciation for customers go a long way. If they're unhappy in their roles, maybe they should consider finding work elsewhere. I really wish there was a Jimmy John's nearby instead; they provide much better customer service and always express their gratitude.
Always clean area and friendly staff that make our Subs fresh and quick. Excellent choices????
Food was good, but just the mini subs were like $7. The $5 foot longs are long gone.
I was actually prepared to spend more, but after that interaction, I won’t be back and I’ll make sure to tell all my clients to steer clear of this rude establishment. He didn’t even bother to say “good afternoon.” It’s disheartening to see such a lack of basic customer service skills in today’s generation. It's a shame he’s in the workforce at all. I even supported this place by donating to the Special Olympics, but that won't happen again. My experience was on June 9th around 4:14 PM, and I encountered a truly disappointing attitude from this employee.
