The appetizer “Blooming Onion” was delicious and food was served super quick but when the steaks came out, unfortunately they were terrible no flavor super thin for New York strip, and so much grizzle. I felt bad I wasn’t able to tell the waitress. She was so sweet and very efficient. Great service the place was really busy.
Hi I was craving a steak and I am not from the area. I’m from Massachusetts and I went to the Outback Steakhouse in Orange CT it was my first time here. It was just myself and my service dog I am a 100 percent disabled Marine Corp Veteran and she does not wear a vest I don’t believe in them : The manger seating customers Sara V. was very accommodating and nice had no issue with my dog and sat me very fast in a booth as I requested. My waiter name was Jordan she was excellent I asked for like a pitcher of water a side bowl for my dog Winnie so she could have water and asked if I could get a small piece of chicken for Winnie she said I can add a piece of chicken I requested no seasonings and she added it as side to keep it cheaper for you I asked her recommendation and it was spot on the steak was cooked perfect I wasn’t crazy about the rice so she asked if I would like any instead I said I was all set but she no let get me get you something else and she brought me a salad and actually asked me what I wanted n the salad in it in case there was something I did not like again great customer service great personality. The manger which her name is Sara was walking by I and stop to tell her what a great job Jordon did and she said and she said she would be rewards for it. So extremely Veteran friendly and service dog friendly will definitely be back when I come to see my in-laws and my wife goes to see her girlfriends to catch up so to my fellow Veterans and just people in general great place to eat and definitely ask for Jordon she must of checked on us a 6 times to see if I needed anythingBrian
