Valet parking there ? now food is good great but the service from waitress suck every time I go eat there they never come an check on you they don't ask if you need anything, the only awesome person there is Gloria she is the only one that treats customers like real customers, the other lady's don't even smile or say Hi to you, they seem Mad and miserable.: sad.
Came here for a birthday celebration I was a little bumbed that they didn't have Banda. They still had music going though. The service food was good. We were seated as soon as we arrived and it did not take long to have our food served. It was Cash only im not sure if that was just that day or what but just a heads up. Also, they did not have Valet parking so you don't have to pay for parking either. This was on a Friday night. Everything else was good. Parking is in the back of the restaurant and it's a bit small but do-able. I would definitely come back when they have live Banda.
The worse service. Servers have a bad temper. They mix the orders. I couldn't belive that for a order of 3 plates and drinks we got charge $25 on top for service. Whatttt?.. never will came back
What a DISAPPOINTMENT. Saw all the Social Media Post, how brilliantly tanned this place was. That the micheladas were amazing... BLAAAH... BUNCH OF B.S. Let me begin by saying that this place was dead, 1 pair was there and they were done when we showed up. We went to an early dinner. Music burst as if it were a nightclub... Service was TERRIBLE. Ordered our food and drinks. When the food came, they forgot 1 order. Then my son's plate came from AFTER, we're all done. Then we all ran out of water, no refills. Like we have inconveniences for the waiting staff. Depending on the menu price for our drinks, you've charged us by 2 dollars each. Not cool. Now that AMAZING michelada tropical... HARD PASS...it's way over price...2. Way watered...3rd was good...low not good. Food was... MEEEH... FREE TO DROP DOLLAR... DOLLAR DOLLAR BILLS Y 'ALL. We should go out when singing says cash only. My two cents.
I'm a big fan of Palapa's food. Everything I tried from the beginning to the end was great. Starting with a mango Michelada that was super balanced. sweet, salty and a touch of tartness; garned with a Tamaroca, a mango and cucumber disc dipped in Escarcha, made it absolute perfection. At the beginning they will bring you some great chips, salsa and bean dip that are a nice little appetizer. We have the Californian roll and let it tell me it doesn't compare any Japanese sushi place, but it was still okay. The ceviche in salsa negra is great and full of taste. Absolutely. Had to try a shrimp tac, because why not?? When I first got the Taco and saw that it was made with a flour tortilla I was a bit skeptical, but after the puncture, my taste buds were pleasantly surprised. It was cheesy, crispy, with some spiciness from the salsa they offer. It was really amazing. Definitely go back and give me a little more in the near future! The service could be better, the waiters are not too friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful with some Mexican music playing in the background. One of the times I went, I was charged for parking, but I think they're handling it.
