Saddle Ranch Chop House - Orange

Went to go eat brunch with some friends and even tho we were a couple mins late for our reservation they were still super friendly n accommodated with us. Our server I forgot his name but guy with the glasses that was serving Sunday brunch was amazing. He was friendly and always attended to us even though he was super busy. He made our experience great. Great customer service.

Great place! Food was really good, loved the atmosphere, large open areas. Take a ride on the bull not as easy as it looks! Only cost $5 ;)Food: 5/5

Really enjoyed our meal, excellent ribeye steak garlic shrimp! Excellent drinks, cool atmosphere! Waitress was wonderful, sweet and took great care of us! Highly recommend this place!Food: 5/5

Last reservation is at 9:30 p.m. We had a 9:15 reservation which we had to push to 9:30. We were sat down and when the waitress came over the first thing she told us was the kitchen and bar were closing and we needed to get our order in right away (annoying). So we order our food and a bottle of wine to share. The bartender comes over and tells us they can 't serve us a bottle because they are closing and we would have to chug it but we can have a glass.We get our main course delivered before the salad. By the time I got to the steak it was cold. They also switched the cooking temperature of our steaks so we had to switch after we started eating them. Kids were going to share a kids meal since they were not hungry but we were were told the meal only had two chicken strips so we ordered two meals. The kids meals came back with 4/5 thin strips each and we could have easily ordered one, (we left with one entire kids meal.)Overall, food was good, would have been great if properly served,..but the service SUCKED.
