Starbucks Coffee - Orange

I visited this Starbucks on the 4th of July, and I had an unpleasant experience with an employee named Mary, who I believe is an older woman. I've worked in fast food myself, so I'm generally understanding, but her behavior was quite rude and, frankly, felt discriminatory. She looked at me in a demeaning way, which I found to be very inappropriate. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. This was really disappointing.

The restaurant was very dirty. Given how much money Starbucks makes, they should at least keep it clean. Additionally, they were out of all frappes.

I ordered a venti, got a grande, and was abruptly told that 's what I was charged for. They didn 't seem too interested in fixing the error.

GF needed the pick-me-up coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This is the Starbucks in the Orange outlet mall which is the best centrally located outlet mall in Southern California. They have Last Call, Off Fifth and Nordstrom Rack so you can easily save thousands here. I 've bought five thousand dollar suits for one thousand at this place, so the Starbucks gets that benefit also helped by the fact that the MALL FOOD choices here are pretty grim.
