I have heard that they travel regular customers from a distance, I guess I'm their new, most advanced customer. I recommend you try this place and I will definitely come back to my next visit to OC.
Try the fools. Very decent tasting, pork, chicken and beef were what we ordered. The location is very nice and clean! This place strengthens the idea of trying local mother and pop companies. You can find a diamond in the rough!
Since late, and after a very long, laborious and expensive search for the least decent deceptions, have we bought from Jovita Tamales in Escondido? Vista? Most other places, including imagination, or should I say expensive places, they serve tamales that continue to lack the sign of excellence in production. They drown them either in a very inconspicuous sauce, or the mascaa needs improvement, or simply to put, not have what it needs. Jovita, mother and daughter team, is doing the job. On this note, je die Sucher, and in the orange area, we zero in Tamaleria Rincón Sinaloense, who, according to many reviews, knew how to prepare decent tusks. At $21 the dozen, we bought 2 dozen, 6 of each: Rajas or Spicy Cheese with chili, pork, chicken and beef. Early before the appointment, at 10 a.m. (opened at 8?, and the place with only one couple eating, appeared dormant. Young, should I say pretty lady?, from what I guess was the kitchen area where obvious is where the magic takes place, but nice business how took my order. We waited until we returned to our Casa to try them. Chicken, pork and cheese, achieved the highest traces. Beef, though saturated with shredded beef, the least tempting, first and last, not so good. The place is a storefront specializing in the production of its version of Tamaleen. Yes, if in the area and God's will, I would not hesitate to get 8 of each of our favorites, because we definitely don't love the sweet variety in any way, shape or shape. Nice surprise, really nice and tasty, worth the visit. 4.5 stars.
I tried deceptions from everywhere and looked at the most tender Tamale. I was raised in East Los Angeles, in a Mexican home where my mother would cook, what else? And she made the best Tamäler ever and showed us what makes a good Tamale. She would add Chile to the Masa (corn flour) and the Chile according to her recipe...WOW was the final result. Well, perpetrators from this place are the next ones I found! So delicious, fingers love good. I will always make the trip to Tamaleria Rincon Sinaloense from now on. TEN STARS,
Best Tamales in town so far! I'm new and I love all of their tamales made to perfection. Friendly and fairly priced very clean atmosphere very nice. Employees
