Great place. Great service! Incredible foods and reasonable prices. Seriously one of the best burgers I've ever had.
Went in this restaurant recently and thought it has serious potential. It has a good location, and the facility is a little confusing. It is obvious that you can order your food at the counter, but there is a dining room next to the entrance. We weren't sure if we sat down and someone took our order or if we ordered our food at the switch from the dining room. I will also say that it is not only this institution that does that, but many. Go to the counter, order food, and then a tip option. I'm sorry, but this trend is disturbing. A waitress, waitress, valet or others who believe the tipped wage of I 2,15 an hour. Absolutely I will type but not order food, ice cream or even some other retail stores where employees make minimum wage or higher, and just make the food. There is no personalized service. Regarding food itself. I'll order the triple-burger with Fritten. Other similar foods ordered in our party. The food I ordered was made quite fast as it seemed fresh and of good quality. The part was more than I expected. The fries were crispy and tasted really good. The burger looked very appetizing. My only complaint about the burger was lack of season. Meat lacks some taste. I would say overall, I had a good experience with a decent meal, and good price for what is provided. I would recommend and return.
What a great find! My family of four loved it so much that we had 2 meals there on a short weekend stay. The hamburgers were amazing - not your typical thin meat patties. These are thick, juicy and taste like you made them on the backyard grill. We added the Swiss cheese, mushrooms and bacon and it was really the best hamburger I ever had. The Wise type (3 patties) was almost unfinishable (my son ordered it)! We also ordered the sweet potatories and they were thick, fresh and tasty. You can get sugar or salt on them - either the way is amazing. The iced tea was the perfect addition to our meal. The service was wonderful and the restaurant was bright and cheerful. RECOMMENDATIONS!!!
Honest review here: If there was some way to give this remote little hole in the wall another star, I so would. During a return trip from DC we decided to get off the I95 parking lot and hit the back roads in our little Jeep. On the way my beautiful wife said to me,” I’m really in the mood for a great burger!” I love it when she talks dirty! Right off of our planned route we found Wise Guys. Sounded cool so we went in. The menu was simple, burgers, dogs and fries. I thought to myself, “this is the place.” These hand crafted 1/3 pound burgers are to die for. I opted for the double while my little mini me ordered a triple, the ladies each got a single. Which quite frankly was enough. For an extra $2.50 you get a basket of fries or chips that rivals a $9 appetizer from the sit down chain restaurants. We couldn’t finish them. My son bravely assaulted his towering hunk of meat and cheese, with great success. I had trouble with the double. Word to the wise. Be careful with the extra cheese. There’s a lot of it! This is definitely in my top 3 burger joints on the planet. Definitely! The crew was awesome, the food spectacular and this quaint little town is super low key. Have a great time and eat an even better burger. Give Wise Guys a shot if your within an hour or two. You’ll thank me.
