Worst jerseys I've ever been. Service was terrible.. got in the line and then the man standing outside before us.. and gave no direction after that, the man then came in and said he order online. So we ordered them to throw our subdivision together. We checked and used my birthday coupon, but was asked to show my ID, but it was in the car and it rained outside, but he said that we showed my ID so that my husband runs in the rain to get it... I went to sit down and we said we couldn't because they weren't there, but there was a whole family sitting and eating... what?? Everything around NOT happy with the service.
Ordered a huge super sub double meat on 10/5/20 online for a 20-hour working day, when opened at work stood as a turkey and bacon swimming in mayo, only 1 other customers was in business hope that he liked the super sub.
I recommend the number sixteen sub it is delicious with a cookie on the page. People there are pretty cool and they also follow simple social distancing rules with a minimum amount when people in the restaurant.
I have been going to this location for a while. Today I ordered 2 over the phone. I get home 1 of the sandwiches is not correct. I call to let them know what happened. Their response was well you got what you paid for. Talk about poor customer service! I guess they have so many customer's they can afford to lose some!
