Mcdonald's - Orange City

Visiting this new location was a fantastic experience! The food was incredibly fresh, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their consistent smiles and positive attitudes. Thank you to the team for their outstanding work, and keep up the great energy!

The food at this restaurant is usually good, but I can't help but wonder why it takes so long every time. They always make you move forward or to different parking spots. This is because if you wait at the drive-thru for more than 3 minutes, the corporate office gives them a low rating for being too slow. Some of the employees are nice, but others can be rude. Today, I ordered a bottle of water, ice cream, and a large fry and waited almost 10 minutes. There have been other times where I've waited 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru. I think I'll start going to the location in Deland from now on.
