Country Cabin - Orange Park

I must say that this restaurant seems to be quite challenging for the staff. Customers often wait twenty to thirty minutes just to be seated, and then another thirty to forty minutes for their food. It's unusual to see the same waitress more than twice, and each one seems to need a menu because they're not familiar with the offerings. If you can get past these hurdles, the food is decent. It serves as a good alternative for a somewhat breakfast-like meal. I would choose to dine here for a more comfortable experience, as it doesn't feel cramped like some other places do.

The wait time was quite long, about 30 minutes, even though there were only 5 or 6 occupied tables and the place wasn't particularly busy. After we ordered, it took another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. The hashbrowns could have used a little more cooking, and the over-light eggs were quite underdone.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today, and it was excellent! The service was great, although it took a little while for our food to arrive. During the wait, the staff frequently checked on us and kept our coffee refilled. We ordered the children's pancakes for our 3-year-old, and they made sure to get that to us quickly. The food was fantastic, and we definitely plan to return soon!

Cannot comment on eating as we have never been served. we sat, put our order and waited. After 20 minutes we have marked our server and told them we would have to go, she said she would check on him and disappear again, after another 10 minutes we rose up, offered to pay for our drink that they apologise and leave. Unfortunately, no one has decided to communicate with us throughout the waiting period. we visited this place earlier when he was open for dinner, but we will not try it again for lunch.

Even during these understaffed times during a busy period, the service was excellent, timely and exactly what I expect and desire in a family style restaurant allowing us to have coffee and socialize as we ate vice pushy service trying feed you and get you out the door. Food was great. Wife made a special request that our servers was able to communicate to the chef. Special request came out perfect. This is not a high end retro diner with A Dennys retread menu. This is a local restaurant with local flavor and awesome super friendly local people. We will return.
