Domino's Pizza - Orange Park

I had an excellent experience with their customer service! When my order was delivered incorrectly, I called the manager, Jo, and he really went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly kind and did everything he could to resolve the issue. Jo mentioned that he has just taken over as manager, and he is doing a fantastic job so far! He provided me with some coupons and even delivered the correct items to my door personally. I will certainly be ordering from them again, and I truly appreciate Jo's kindness and dedication. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful!

The food was outstanding, and the service was even better! I had a wonderful experience at the Wells Road location. The pan-style pizza is my favorite at this Domino's.

I received the wrong order originally, so I called the restaurant to address the issue. The young lady I spoke to was incredibly pleasant and had a great attitude; she resolved my problem right away, and I really appreciated her help. About 15 minutes later, I received a knock at the door, and my food arrived, but it was cold. I didn't want to complain since my kids were hungry, so I accepted it. Then, 30 minutes later, I received my corrected order, which was pleasantly hot. Both delivery drivers were also very kind and sweet. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure a happy customer like me. I will definitely continue ordering from you. Thank you!

Love their food. Hamburger pizza and taco pizza are good. Staff is friendly. Found out the $3.75 delivery charge does not go to the drivers who are bringing your food to your house. TIP YOUR DRIVERS.
