Steak 'n Shake - Orange Park

The burger was overcooked and the fries were cold, but on previous visits, they were quite good.

The food was absent. The drive-thru required a thorough cleaning. They offered outdoor seating for lunch, but the picnic tables were in dire need of cleaning. Covid-19 wasn't the issue in this case.

I recently had my first experience at Steak 'n Shake and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The burger was delicious, although it had a bit too much mayonnaise for my taste. I also noticed that the used packaging was not very acceptable. Overall, we all enjoyed our meal, and I would definitely return. The milkshakes were fantastic!

We called in order at 9:45, the woman who took the order pretended to be a choir to do that. She asked how long it would take until we pick up, but on arrival we had to wait for the food. That would not have been a problem if the food had actually been warm... not to mention that the pommes were hardly filled halfway.

Great and tasty as always! I had the number 9, which is the chicken fingers and fries. I upgraded to the Cajun fries ... those are awesome, and I added a large Hi-C punch, very good! The service is always great here, too ... very friendly staff. Thank you!
