The Loop - Orange Park

Usually great but not tonight! I’ve machine malfunctioning and no sweet tea and no one’s enthusiast on this crew to help. Disappointing Saturday evening.

The food was really good and the burger had a nice kick to it on the seasoning. The salads were a little pricey especially if you add the crispy chicken to it. Overall a good and tasty meal just a little more cost than I was expecting for what we got.

The girl at the counter tonight was super unpleasant. There is no need to let every guest know that we close at 9 everytime they come up and ask for something that you should have out. I can understand if it were closer to 9, hell maybe within the 30 minutes range, but it was 8:15/8:20 when I heard her say that the first time to someone. She about unleahed my inner Karen LOL.

The food was good. The staff was low and it took awhile to get our food. While in the bathroom they cleared out table. Luckily we ate our food we wanted but we wanted our cups to go so we had to ask them for more cups.

At here at noon on a Tuesday. There was a line to order and only one order taker. Fairly long 10+ minute wait to order. We ordered a salad and a burger. It took 30 minutes to get our order. The burger was very salty, the salad was just ok. There appeared to be a shortage of staff which obviously made a very long wait to get something that should have only taken a few minutes. We won't go back.
