Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Service wasn’t great and our orders were wrong. Took forever to get the right food.

Greetings to the reader,This really is a calm, traditional and friendly type of experience. I was there for a job interview but that's not the point ?. I didn't get to try the food so I have no say in it. Rest is literally 5 !

Overcooked, dried out pork chops... Had to ask for the sawmill gravy that was supposed to come with the meal. Service needed work as those with 3 or more stars on their aprons hung out in the entry to the kitchen. Seems like only the staff that didn't have any stars on the aprons were bothering to wait on customers. Definitely the most unenjoyable meal I've ever had at a cracker barrel, well below their corporate standards in my opinion

Food is great!Service is still slow.NEVER let the drink glass be empty.A tea refill would have been nice. Our server didn’t return till we were ready to leave.

Waiter was not friendly, took too long coming to our table so another waitress took our order. When he did come, he kept forgetting to bring us all our order. Food was placed on plates all running together. Service was very poor. Brought food out with no silverware.
