Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Wish I didn't have to give 1 star because this place sucks. This is the 2nd time I went there and they messed up the order. I asked them 3 times making sure it was correct and they said yes. Get home and it was wrong. Save the disappointment and go to a different zaxbys.

I came through the drive through and ordered 4 items at 9pm. They gave me someone elses order then when i came back to let them know ...i gave them the food back. They acted like they didnt see me waiting. I had to ask how long ...waited 15 mins for the chick who messed my order up to come and ask for my dam receipt..only to wait 10 more mins and my dam food was cold. Never tf again.

I received the wrong order at the drive thru, I couldn't contract the restaurant to exchange my food so I was stuck with food that I didn't want because the lobby was closed and the drive thru line was extremely long. The fries were dry and had no seasoning.

Just terrible. Order was totally wrong. I did contact you through the link below a few days ago and no response.

I WAS GIVING A FLAT SODA AT THE WINDOW AND COULD NOT GET IT CHANGED OUT!!!!!
