Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Orangeville

I just want to express how wonderful the entire staff is at this location in Orangeville! They are always smiling, polite, and extremely friendly. There was even a day when I was having a tough time, so I decided to stop for a Blizzard. When I reached the drive-thru window, the first thing the employee said was, "Hello, beautiful!" That simple greeting turned my bad day around. I wish I had caught her name! Anyway, today was Miracle Treat Day, and I must say how well-organized and cheerful everyone was. We will definitely be back!

This is the best Dairy Queen I have ever visited! I really enjoy making the long drive from Mississauga to get there.

What is the point of having preorder on the app at your location when the app states a time it will be ready and to go to the pickup area? Then having the already paid costumer wait in line to check in before starting the order? Having no pickup area. You have been paid already. The point of preorder is to not have to do the in-store waiting. Is it a lazy thing this location is doing, or just a stupidity thing?
