I ordered online for delivery at this specific location, and it took and confirmed my order, upon, but noticing the time and date for the order was wrong, I contacted the store where I was informed that they do not actually offer delivery but instead use SKIP.The owner came to the phone personally to assist me in cancelling the order and get me a refund right away, she was Extremely helpfull and polite and actually really cared!I often order Mr Sub but usually always pick it up, I'm impressed with this store and it's owner, it's very hard to find these day!

After requesting a 12 sub, the employee cut a 6 piece. When corrected, she rolled her eyes. As I corrected her about the size, she asked if I wanted a traditional pizza sub. She proceeded to pack the sub up without any toppings. When corrected, she again rolled her eyes and did not heat or ask if the Pizza sub should be heated. I tried to use the washroom, since I was a 'paying customer ' but the toilet seat was on the floor. Safe to say I won 't return to this location.

Loved the place, staff was helpful when I didn’t know what to choose and the food was delicious!
