Pia's On Broadway - Orangeville

The restaurant is quaint and clean. The staff are friendly. I had heard a lot of really good reviews about the food so I was expecting a certain level...didn't quite get there though. The food was not spectacular but pretty much average. My Portobello Mushroom burger came on a cold bun...not a pleasant discovery when taking my first bite. The sweet potato fries were just ok. The best thing was probably the Sweet Potato Pear soup. There is a step up to enter with no hand rail so I would have to say it is not easily handicapped accessible. And the washroom is a single with not a whole lot of room if you have a wheelchair.

On our trip through Ontario we spent a few hours in Orangeville. Don't miss 'Pia's on Broadway' breakfast and lunch opportunity!The restaurant is lovely and cosy. Serviceis quick and friendly. Food is delicious. With a group of eight people we tried different salads, sandwiches, the famous 'poutine'. All was fresh, well presented and comes with a very reasonable price.

Lunch at Pia is something to treasure and take time for. Quality sandwiches on in-house fresh baked bread with homemade soups are our favorite. Service is friendly but efficient and the brownie dessert is not for the faint of heart! Atmosphere is relaxing, warm and the restored interior has just the right amount of country charm.

What an absolute treasure this spot is. So cozy, comfortable, beautiful and quaint. The service is spot on, it runs like a family home you are visiting, you want to stay for hours and just unwind. The food is real, made to order and just divine. When food is done well and showcased it speaks for itself. Our grumpy two year old put the terrible two's on hold while he enjoyed his food and dessert. Excellent place.

Have been here for breakfast on several occsions. The omelets are simply delicious, on the last visit had the butternut squah and goat cheese omelet and it was cooked to perfection - light fluffy and served with home fires and house made sourdough bread. Coffee is excellent as well and a lot better than the coffee served next door. Highly recommended!
