Tim Hortons - Orangeville

Got an iced capp and it wasn’t until i got to the bottom where i found two black things floating in it, one looking like a fruit fly. quality has gone down Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10

This location gets our order wrong 9/10 times. Order a steeped tea, get a coffee, order a coffee double double get a coffee black. They get the food right most of the time but never the drinks. It’s happened more than 5 times now. Service: 1

Useless. Can't follow simple instructions. Service: Delivery Meal type: Breakfast

Worst experience. Staff don’t have any manners . We went there and there were 3 employees standing there . Nobody wanted to take our order . There was no line they were watching our faces and nobody is coming in-front to take our order we had to wait for 5 min to order. Disgusting. Tim Hortons management should provide proper training to their staff. Food: 4

It's 2023 and still people don't know the difference between beacon and sausage. What a joke. Wasted an hour of my time which I'm not getting paid because someone does not know how to take an easy order. I will not be giving anymore business to Tim Hortons going to the places that can actually take an order and get it right.
