Blast 825 Brewery - Orcutt

I wanted to try this place and I finally did. I was very disappointed, shocked and regrettable that I came here. Sad I gave this place an attempt at my birthday and had the worst experience in a restaurant that ever came here in my life! The food was good, but the kind of customer service? I was terrible. At first I had a waitress who was sweet and I feel like she tried her best to be attentive, but then ASHLEY was I?Help? She and when she came to my table, she was so rude. She came to drink something and went away immediately without saying anything. I wanted to ask her if we could have a few straws, so I said, excuse me and she'll go away as she could hear me? At first I was like okay, she probably didn't hear me, but when I helped myself get a few straws, as it was in a place where I could grab myself, she came back and said, I got your straws here. She was very passive aggressive. When I realized she heard me and ignored me! She was terrible all the time. She came back to bring a second round of drinks and no straws on her again? But says? And I'm gonna bring you your straws back in a (passive aggressive way) As if you know I'm going to ask for straws, why they don't bring with the drinks and don't let us wait for them? And what waitress doesn't have straws on them? She was the worse waitress I ever met with. She's a joke and she's an older woman who looks like her? She was so rude and disrespectful when a manager reads this, I hope he talks to her about her behavior. She hates her job and takes it on others, I can only imagine how she treats her employees. Moreover, the service was very slow that we had to order two drinks at the same time, for the reason that they still forget about us. I was very disappointed. ve never felt like I did this night in a restaurant. I'd rather go to a Taco stand from the projects, then ever come back here.

My husband and I really wanted to like this place, unfortunately it didn't work that way. The selection of beer and the selection of dishes seemed great. We have the Brussel-Sprossen-Appetizer and it was very good. But our ducks were not. We ordered both soups that came out almost completely cold. We were also somehow accused of three soups that they later corrected. We mentioned that the soups were cold, they took them away and finally brought us new bowls that were still cold. At this point we just gave up and ate what we could. My husband had also ordered the garlic bread that was advertised with soups for what was more than three dollars. We were charged eleven, the appetizer price. We didn't blame it because we were about it. We were only offered refills on drinks once, and only my husband for his beer. I was not offered a refill, even if my drink was empty at the table most of the time. We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately we were disappointed.

Good food. AMAZING SERVICE. All employees were very helpful and about things, but our waiter, Elisio (I hope I wrote your name correctly) was fantastic. Always make sure we had everything we needed and make recommendations for drinks. He felt more like a friend and I appreciate it. I usually like brewery food, but this place was delicious! We'll be back.

At the first visit of the Blas 825 brewery last night, which is a nice restaurant. Nice layout, good atmosphere. And the food was excellent! But after the experience we had last night, I would not recommend this place. I don't leave any negative reviews, but I was so disappointed by our service. I arrived early to get a table for my party of 3, I was told that I could have the table of my choice, but only after ALL arrived at my party (2 other people) when I wanted to order food, I would have to sit at the bar. I'll wait outside. The party comes and we? re said (from the same hostess) we can't choose the table I picked. My friend can barely stand, use a stick and can't go far. So we're looking for a table that would be convenient for her. Find a table. Waited 20 minutes to be recognized by someone, and from then on when we needed something we had to get up and get it ourselves. I'm a mother, I'll wait for everyone and serve them. I was really excited to go for the first time in years to eat, but we had to get up and ask for everything and I mean everything. We had to ask for drinks, orders, boxes. Refilling. Completely defeated the purpose of going out. We all wanted to give a big tip for the waiter. We? ve all were in the service industry and love to make someone night and top big. But there was no one to typ! My advice on 825 would be to train the service personnel to be more helpful and attractive for people with disabilities. Do not make them go the restaurant and then they can tell them to sit where they are comfortable and then ignore them until they get up to find someone.
