I have found out that chipotle buys their chicken from Growers that abuse the chickens before they kill him I will never buy there

This place is really sad on there amount of food they give never come back ?

It’s chipotle, so I cannot give it less than a 3 star. The online ordering service leaves a lot to be desired. This location is notably bad when compared to the Corona location and various locations in Orange County. Order accuracy is more often wrong than right. Don’t order drinks online, 50% of the time it will never make it. The team making online orders appear to move too quickly and often fail to add the correct ingredients as requested. (Covering the bowl in corn vs medium green as requested, which happened again today). This store manager needs to get a grasp on their order accuracy.EDIT: Well that didn’t take long to fail again. 4 days later, today, I got my order again, this time ordered with no beans but covered in black beans. This location is a joke and someone needs to seriously look at their QA.

I asked for fresh guacamole because the one in the line was turning brown, especially on top. The attitude I got was ridiculous from both the cashier and the one putting my toppings on along with my wait. The worker then made sure to mix all the brown guacamole together so no one else would bother to ask for fresh food. I didn’t mind waiting for fresh food the extra attitude was unnecessary.

Seeing a lot of negative reviews. I've never been to another chipoltle, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I have done 2 mobile orders so far. My tray was nice and full, with lots of veggies and a fair amount of protein, too. Folks in the chipoltlane were friendly and fast.
