Feedback gevenI've been a customer of Domino's for years and this location is absolutely THE best I've experienced. Customer service is on point, delivery is fast and accurate, and I can tell the food is made with love. GM Adam is a top-notch team leader!
The 2-hour wait for delivery was absolutely unacceptable! I didn't receive any communication about being short-staffed, and honestly, I don't care what their excuse is. A 2-hour delay is outrageous. They really need to reconsider their operations or they could end up out of business.
Went in the restaurant for pickup today and the food prep counter was full of flies. Like not one or two dozens. Raw dough on the counter which I presume was for next orders being feasted/landed on by all of them. Young girl working the counter saw me looking over at it and didn’t acknowledge it. I felt bad for her because that’s horrendous. Threw out my meal once I got to work can’t stomach the thought of eggs, germs, or flies cooked in my pizza. Pizza looked fine but the damage was done clean your drains asap!
The food was cold, the customer service was lacking, and the staff didn't wear gloves while handling the food.
Low quality poor service.Walk in place order pizza finished it just sits there twice this has happened. Will not return
