Cadillac Grille - Oregon

Spent thirty dollars on my order..they forgot items I ordered including somthing as simple as fries…then they added spicey bacon to my child's order when we specifically asked them not to.

Just had a horrible experience with the customer service side of things. Asked for a burger with no bacon (twice) received bacon. When I told the lady working the counter she argued with me and said I asked for no tomato (Burger doesn't have tomato on it). She obviously wasn't listening when she took my order and was very rude overall. Good food and the other counter workers have been fine which is why they don't get a 1 star review.

The food is awesome! But beware, if you tip on card, the employees don't receive it from what I hear, which is a shady business practice.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MEDIOCRE FOOD. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a order of chili fries. The woman at the counter had the ugliest attitude. When I first walked up I said hello and asked how she was doing, she just stared at me for a second and then replied flatly “fine. What are you getting?”. Very disappointed. Order a chicken strip basket. Ended up getting horrible cook fish. When I when back to get the correct order I was asked if I even got the food from the cart. After I explain that I did, but ordered chicken strips they said they would remake it. Waiting a while to get called back to and was told they have no chicken.
