“What, no tip?” from an employee at the drive-through this morning. Enough said. Update 11/27/2022: Had another employee this morning make a comment about tipping. Demanding a tip for putting a freeze in a cup is beyond entitled.

I try to stop here at least once a week the staff here is so sweet

This morning I waited in line in my car and this one girl came to take my order and was rude and then was the same way when I pulled up to grab my drink. I didn’t have time to put my card in my wallet and put it back in my purse because she was handing me everything so fast.

Coffee is not bad. Their espresso is less acidic than Black Rock, which I prefer for Americanos and iced drinks. People at the window almost always engage conversation. So, depending on your desire for human interaction, this can be good or bad.
