This used to be my favorite place for donuts. Over the last two years, their donuts have been overcooked. I was there yesterday and got jelly donuts and one didn't even have filling in it. It's still good but not worth the hour drive out used to be.

I ordered a donut cake for my grandson's birthday and it was a huge hit! It was absolutely adorable. I asked for strawberry frosting and it was delicious!

As an East Toledo native, Haas Bakery was always my go-to bakery as a young mom. When I was growing up, my dad would go ever so often to grab a dozen donuts and they were always so delicious so of course they were my first choice bakery as I aged and provided for my family. I am now at least 50 minutes in travel away from this bakery but I will forever support them! Their service and quality is beyond impeccable. Excited for them to prepare my son’s graduation cake. I put in an order for 7 glazed pecan rolls and 2 chocolate cake and 2 plain cake both with no icing..They said the gentleman that was making the donuts wasn't making the pecan rolls was going home early because he was sick..I was understandable and said just call me when he does make them (this was a Mon or Tuesday). I hadn't heard from them by Friday, so I called they said they had the pecan rolls to fill my order,but when I got there I had to take bothe glazed and frosted pecan rolls and only got 6, 2 plain cake but no chocolate cake plain. I believe they totally forgot about my order...and it was lucky I called, because I would have never received my order.
