New employee ruining orders without any help from other emlooees

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for them to mess up the order and then forgot about me while waiting at the drive thru waiting spot so all of my food went cold. Last time I'm ever coming here again. Didn't even get to eat very disappointed.

Drive thru- Kinda slow considering there was only 1 car ahead of me. But, they did give us napkins without asking, so that's a bonus. Which is no longer common for most drive thru's.

I ️ love McDonald's because they have my favorite food!! Sausage egg and cheese mcgridles!! They are soo good I bought one for my sister and she said it was delicious also. I wish they sold them all day long but too bad they don't. All their food is pretty good, McDonald's always has the best French fries Don't delay eat at McDonald's today. And don't forget to try the sausage egg and cheese mcgridles

This McDonald's is really busy sure employees are hard to come by to work in the fast pace industry.however they honor any mistaken orders you get far as I'm concerned it's 4 stars because of the effort they put in for the public
