Arby's - Orem

Every time I've visited this location, they've been out of roast beef. I can't understand why this keeps happening. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here; just go to a different location.

I ordered the classic beef and cedar meal with curly fries. The sandwich was tasty, but it was put together quite sloppily. The fries were a mix, with about two-thirds being curly fries and one-third being crinkle-cut. However, the service was excellent.

Unlike many other Arby's locations that seem to be closed indefinitely for dining, this particular one was open for business. They took my order promptly, and I experienced very little wait time!

Super friendly staff! Have heard they?ve been having staffing issues : sad because it?s always such a friendly environment! Love the place the food and the people!

We waited for ten minutes in the drive thru and they ended up forgetting our receipts, sauces we had asked for, and the kids toys. When I went back to try and fix it, they were locked up at 8:30, even though their hours on Google say they're open until10. An awful waste of time, unfortunately.
