Chick-fil-a - Orem

You had me wait 15 minutes for a Mac cheese and the portion I got was way too little, you can clearly see how half of the bowl is empty. Definitely not buying at this location ever again.

Usually I love chick fil a. But today it was a terrible experience. The employees were goofing off and not really paying attention to their jobs and they also messed up my order. They forgot half of it and the other half they got wrong.

This employees never take care of customer service, especially when you're waiting for online orders. They never ask what's your order.. Orders can be ready and you can stay waiting for ever.

Great consistent chicken with efficient staff that get you in and out quickly.

Always 5 stars for chick fil a. It's a favorite and the only fast food I'll eat.
