Mountain Mike's Pizza - Orem

Came with a group of friends here they couldn’t even get any of our orders right they brought other peoples food to our table and then we had to tell them it wasn’t ours. Then they removed it from our table and took it to the other people and then came back with our receipts to prove to us what we ordered and they had all the table numbers messed up this is terrible customer service u don’t put receipts in your customers face and then they took so long to bring out the correct food after we had … – show

The staff is unbelievable, especially the manager on duty! He Is amazing and will always take care of you! Probably the best pizza in town!

Thirty minutes after the time our pizza was to be delivered, it had yet to show up at our home, so I called Mountain Mike's asking where our food might be. They insisted that they had delivered it to our home, but, inconsistently, they also insisted that the reason they delivered it to the wrong house was because there was an “n/a” in the address field for an apartment number. Mountian Mikes pizza is great! The staff welcomed us when walked in and consistently checked in on us. The pizza is great! Highly recommend the garlic bread sticks.
