Panda Express - Orem

The service was terrible. The app couldn't process orders properly, so I called two different Orem locations and spoke with the staff. I wouldn’t trust paying over the phone with my credit card for a business lunch. I won’t be using those Panda franchises in Orem again. It’s just absurd! The management really needs to get their act together.

Great service when I got in. I had a really busy day and had to take a quick lunch before I donated blood over the street. I came around 12 and the restaurant was almost empty, maybe two other customers inside. But I walked in, was immediately helped and had my food in a minute from me in the restaurant. Talk about fast food!

Food and service was good Half Chow Main half roasted rice Honey Walnuts Shrimp / Pepper Angus Steak

I experienced the best service ever at Panda! The food was delicious, and the employee named Ben was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would travel from Spanish Fork just for his service. I highly recommend Ben and this Panda location!

This Panda restaurant is like any other, but they tend to close early or stop preparing fresh food during the last hour of operation. If you visit within that final hour, you can expect to find only a couple of entree options available. I could understand if the choices were limited if I arrived just 10 minutes before they closed, but even when I go 45 minutes before closing time, they often run out of popular items like orange chicken.
