I experienced a discouraging event when I went to pick up my pre-ordered ham at the appointed time just prior to Thanksgiving. The Manager named Mark contacted me later on and expressed his disappointment from some things on his end. Results? Mark went out of his way to make it more than right. Shortcomings and disappointments are everywhere in the world. Trying to rectify them is really all that matters to me. Thumbs up Mark! I'm a lifetime customer from here on out!

I worked at the Honey Baked Ham in Orem as a seasonal worker in December for a couple of weeks last year while in between jobs.Although I’m no longer working here, I will say that Mark, the manager at this location, truly cares about his customers and his employees. He cares about how things are done in both the front and back of the store, and when the holiday rush really ramped up, he worked alongside us despite having other duties. Exceptional leader. If you want your meals done right, this is the place to go.Side note, they don’t offer just hams! You can order great sandwiches here as well. That’s not even mentioning their amazing red velvet cake among other products. Overall a very positive experience.

Picked my ham up on Christmas eve. They wrote very organized and made the stop painless!
