Feedback gevenI love this pizzeria. It's not the first time I've been shooting other pizzas...... and then I always come back to eat pizza Al Castellano.... Sottile and Croccante pizza, quality ingredients...Personal young courteous and available.... not to mention crispy and light fries. Congratulations to Mimino... Come on.
Whether gone on an intraweekly day with friends the local does not seem very clean, the appetizers are two dishes of sea and land but absolutely inmangiabile all seasoned with too vinegar and quality under the waste. Good pizza but not excellent thin but the quality of the poor ingredients
I pray that I hadn't been in this place for a couple of years, when I was invited to a small ceremony and I didn't like anything: poor appetizers and nothing that, lazy and wrong pizzas, seconds that didn't come to everyone... Oh, my God. A recent Saturday night of friends tell me they booked here. We'll be there and we'll be accommodated. The waiter tells us it takes a bit of time for pizza, so let's get some chips. The place was full, as I always think on Saturday night but, wait over 1 hour is half for pizzas seems exaggerated! On the other hand, they probably had finished the dough, because you saw someone of them who quickly put the ingredients in a kneader and formed the balls of pasta that then passed to the pizzaiolo! So you need unleavened pizzas or instant yeast? Surely we will not go back, also because, dough apart, the pizza was burned at the edges, full of bubbles, with poor dressing and mozzarella I don't think it was such, because it didn't even slip to the cut of the first piece. Too bad.
Local well, service well but a speed never seen less than five minutes and already everything on the table not the time to appreciate the place more lukewarm meat and as in many places we rid without having finished with the remarks of the boss vis à vis de son personnel devant les clients qui nous mis à l'aise. One time but not two.
Many courtesy and welcome but little personal and long waiting times. The pizzas were all the same so more than anything were pizza bases. I took a 'sea fruit' which by sea had very little, as they seemed to have been taken from the freezer and thrown on the pizza before being baked. Bad.
