Domino's Pizza - Orillia

The last 3 times I've had it was amazing. Fresh, hot and delivered quickly. Their app, showing it through the whole process is awesome ?

The pizza was ready when promised and the Orillia staff were friendly and helpful. The Pizza tasted great and the temperature was perfect.

Pizza was very good. Nice sitting area. Employee at the cash was friendly and had good customer service skills.

Our experience today was ridiculous to say the least. We placed our order online and received confirmation that it would be ready in 10-20 min. When we arrived to pick it up they had no record of our order therefore no dinner. We should have pivoted but instead we placed our order again. The chicken was cold in the middle, out jalapeno cheesy bread had raw doe inside (totally raw inedible) and pizza was meh. Really not a great experience we will be taking a break from the Orillia Domino's.

Absolutely the worst pizza place in town. Constantly wrong orders. The last order was never delivered and they just kept saying it was delivered and would only offer 50% our next order what a joke. Since new owner/management this place has declined like falling off a cliff.
