Additionally, there was an incident where an employee offered me a free piece of chicken in exchange for a five-star review on my phone, which I found to be sneaky and dishonest. I am disappointed in the customer service and overall quality of food at this KFC. I will not be returning and will be sharing my experience on social media to ensure others avoid this location. It is important for the management to address these issues and improve the overall dining experience for customers.

I was extremely disappointed with the restaurant. The chicken was very small and greasy, almost the size of my fork. It's unbelievable that you pay more for less food and greasy dishes. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I do not recommend wasting your money there.

I used to avoid this KFC for a while because everything was awful. However, I returned 6 months ago and was impressed by the fantastic food and service. Everything was amazing. I also accidentally overpaid $20 once, and the employee promptly returned the money. Incredible service. Keep up the great work!

I asked the girl in the window for napkins she said in was inside my bag, always check your bag because you can’t trust, so I arrived at work to find no napkins, no ketchup and my tender pieces were the size of nuggets, my popcorn chicken was 1/2 the tinny bag, I counted 7 popcorn chicken pieces, wow $14 for the tender and popcorn combo and it was like no food at all, no napkins no ketchup, I literally just got robbed, maybe they were out of tenders hence the tinny pieces because they were so salty I couldn’t even eat then. This is not the first time I have a bad experience at this location, will definitely not return.

I don’t know if KFC sucks now or just this one does, but either way this KFC is terrible. My chicken was full of little bones and had to be careful, and it wasn’t very crispy with lots of fat under the skin. It was cooked through but clearly not cooked enough, greasy and soggy. Fries were great. Gravy was lumpy. My partner’s meal was similar in quality
