Subway - Orillia

Good service and staff is too cooperative.clean atmosphere....

My friend and I arrived at the location at 9:45 PM to get a sub. The sign says the subway closes at 10 PM every night of the week. We went up to the door and tried to open it but the door was locked. The open sign was also on and one of the workers were inside as well as her friend and or partner. They yelled through the glass that they were closed. Very dissapointed, why are you closing early when the sign indicates subway closes at 10 PM? You missed a sale on two people!

Doors were locked at 9:45 even though they close at 10, ok understandable it isn't busy at this time, so I knocked on the window and the lady inside looks up and sees me and pretends to ignore us, I knock again and she makes a waving motion as if shoo'ing me away, this wouldn't bother me if not for the previous week I was there at 9:50 same thing doors locked but she let us in no problem.

My meatball salad was good.I just wish they had more than half empty inserts of food, an hour before closing.If you’re reading this, you guys should try this salad with peppercorn ranch!!!!?

Went to this location June 20, around 7/7:30. The staff member who served me was as unwelcoming as you can imagine, plus some. You'd swear I cursed his family with the treatment he gave me after I politely greeted him and asked him how his day was. Normally the staff is good, but this guy was completely rude, obnoxious and overtly offensive in his 3 words and overall manners.
