Tim Hortons - Orillia

Asked for assorted 10 pack of timbits, and got all plain. Seriously why! Tell me if you don't have any other kinds and I wouldnt have paid for these. Right into the garbage. Waste of money and time!

Good service and food as usual.Manager is very nice, wanted to buy an ice coffee reusable cup and they were sold out.The manager gave me the other one for free.Always had good service, food and drink from this location over the years.Thanks.

Slowest location on the map! Always training new Canadians everyday of the week! They never say thanks for a tip and have zero customer service. It's sad what Tim's has spawned into these days.

Some days are good but it not everyday some errors happen and it be nice if they give receipt or is that so they can miss the order upDietary restrictions: To many tomatoes on everything need more options with no tomatoes

Every single time I go there is something wrong with my order… Today in the drive thru I asked for a French vanilla and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized it was a coffee. They also have a bad habit of running water through an empty French vanilla machine and giving it to their customers.
