The restaurant staff did a great job accommodating our larger group.

We waited for 10 minutes to be seated while the host/waiter flirted with a single mom at the table in front of us. Tables were not cleared, preventing us from sitting down. Once seated, we watched him attend to other customers, even seating people who arrived after us. We eventually walked out. This 4ft tall guy is clearly not succeeding in his role.

Terrible experience. I'm not sure if this restaurant is understaffed because of an upcoming change in ownership, but the customer service on Sunday was awful. There seemed to be only one server/bartender, his female assistant, and 2-3 cooks. While I understand the need to be patient and appreciate a busy environment, it was disappointing when the server chose to accommodate people out of order and show favoritism. We waited for a table while the server had a long, flirtatious conversation with a single woman and her daughter. Despite our presence, he seemed annoyed when we tried to look at the menu, telling us to wait for a moment and continued his conversation. After finally seating us, he proceeded to chat with people passing by, take drink orders at the bar, and deliver drinks to other customers while we were left waiting. The server even apologized to the table seated after us, offering them drinks on the house, which felt thoughtless and disrespectful to us as we had also been waiting. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time without even receiving water or utensils, we decided to leave. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating dining experience.

I had a fantastic lunch with 5-star service, but dinner tonight was a disappointment. The fried chicken sandwich I ordered was burnt and had to be sent back. The replacement was still overcooked. The wait staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers. The atmosphere was very loud and the tables were placed close together, making it difficult to hear my wife across from me over the conversation of the man at the neighboring table. I will definitely be back for lunch, but I am hesitant to return for dinner.
