Superb dinner, I won't easily forget the boiled mullet, the fregola and the semifreddo are also delicious

Superlative dinner: top quality local food, very fresh fish. We relied on the staff's suggestions to appreciate the local cuisine and we were more than satisfied. Excellent service, helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!!

What can I say? Nothing except that if you want to eat excellent quality and excellently cooked fish, this is the place you are looking for, in addition to the excellent quality of the wines. Luigi recommends the best choice by offering very fresh fish.

On the search for an open restaurant in oristano we found the ristorante da salvatore in a next street. a real lucky handle. we were very nicely received and felt good. the map offers a good selection of Sardinian specialties and of course many dishes with fish and seafood, e.g. the Sardinian caviar, fresh musk and fregola. everything we tried was freshly prepared and very well tasted. very fair value for money.

Do not hesitate, very good experience, wonderful kitchen (pasta, fresh fish), very friendly staff! they get much extra for their money!
