The food we had today was a bit hit or miss, with some dishes being overpriced and burnt while others were good. The staff were a mix of friendly and helpful, with some needing to improve their customer service skills. Overall, we usually enjoy coming here so I'll chalk this up to just having a bad day. Next time, I'll make sure to carefully read the menu to find better value items.

My husband and I had a delightful lunch at this restaurant that we had visited before. We ordered baked potatoes with Coronation Chicken and Beans and Cheese, which were served quickly by friendly staff. You have to order and pay at the counter with your table number, and then they bring your food to you when it's ready. On our second visit a few days later, we tried the delicious Caramelised Onion Cheese scones, which were served with excellent coffees. The prices were very reasonable, there were great lunch options, and the cake selection was fantastic. The restaurant is only a few minutes' walk from Kirkwall High Street, making it definitely worth the short walk.

Been going for years! Food always great and well priced. During covid their cleaning routine was the best I’d seen anywhere which included trips away to glasgow and edinburgh. Christmas menu at the moment is fab.

My friend who lives in Kirkwall suggested we stop into the Willows Coffee Shop on our day out. This place is a little gem in the midst of a garden centre! I had a hearty cheese toasty and a delicious slice of cake. So yummy! Highly recommend for a quick, tasty bite.

Discovered this hidden gem during my visit to Orkney. The garden centre had a very laid-back atmosphere and offered a great selection of local products. The cafe restaurant was outstanding, with a diverse menu and delicious cakes. Our chef/server Rachael was exceptional, sharing insights about the island and her special technique for making scones. I highly recommend this place.
