It's a solid meat lovers haven. I personally like their Friday's smoked Tri Tip. You can buy a whole slab or have it thinly sliced for make your own sandwiches. I also like their ground beef for burgers or meat loaf You can get Togo sandwiches as well. It's the real deal as far as butchers go in this town. Enjoy it!

This is a locally owned family business that does butchering. They also have a fantastic deli where they make some of the best sandwiches! There is a special each day such as baked ham on Tuesdays but the BEST is their tri-tip sandwiches on FRIDAYS! Don't miss this place if passing through Orland around lunchtime!
