Chili's Grill - Orland Park

I absolutely love this Chili's location! Deb is incredible—she made sure to check in with us about our food and if we needed anything. She was so attentive and personable. The restaurant was spotless, and our waitress Gina was very sweet; she perfectly accommodated my special request right away. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere felt very family-friendly.

I often visit this restaurant. While the service can be a bit slow, it's because they prepare the food from scratch rather than just microwaving it. It's definitely worth the wait. I've never had any issues here. If someone isn't patient enough, they might want to dine elsewhere.

I can't comprehend the one-star rating; Google requires at least one star, but it isn’t warranted. The service was terrible, the guacamole was brown, the chips were soft and stale, and the food was cold. That sums up our experience. During our visit, there were more employees than customers, so there’s no excuse for the issues we encountered. We chose this restaurant after having unpleasant experiences at a place much closer to us, and unfortunately, now I have to deal with this disappointment.

Our take order was not as it should be. We asked for extra rice and extra tortillas. We only got four tortillas total for two orders of fajitas. My chicken fajitas looked like they were not grilled but either put into the microwave or poached. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for the manager to pick up. I understand they might be busy but to leave someone hanging on the phone isn't a good business practice. Chilis has gone down in service and food. I guess they don't want our business.
