Feedback gevenWe visited the restaurant during the Super Bowl afternoon and it was very crowded. Our server was Kassie, who did an excellent job ensuring that our family had everything we needed. She kept our drinks full, made great food and drink suggestions, and was quick to address any requests we had. We were impressed as she efficiently handled all her other tables with a friendly and upbeat attitude, especially with our children. Kassie truly embodies what Hooters is all about and is a valuable asset to the company. I usually forget the name of my server, but Kassie will be one I remember. We highly recommend her for exceptional service at the Orland Park Hooters.
I made a reservation for 6 people for a company lunch. When we arrived, we were told we could sit as it was not busy. However, we were later approached by a very rude and unpleasant manager, a woman with brown hair and glasses. She had a hidden personality, acting like a strict librarian on drugs. She refused to let us sit without an online reservation, even though we were only one person over the maximum listed on their website. Thankfully, the waitresses were kind enough to still accommodate us. If it weren't for them, I would have given this place a 1-star rating. We will not be returning. The manager's behavior cost the restaurant hundreds of dollars. If she had done her job properly, her staff would be aware of their own rules.

Food was delicious but the shrimp are super small now and the price is pretty high , our waitress was great
Our experience was delightful. In the past we would drive to Countryside for Hooters because of the terrible service and food in Orland. We decided to give Orland another chance and I'm glad we did. Must be under new management.
