Kingdom Poke - Orlando

This place is super cute!! my boyfriend and i just moved to orlando and we love açaí bowls. it is one of our more recent favorite foods but we love finding places that sell them. anyway, we are both white and we do not know any other languages, the ladies at the counter were super sweet and helpful and didn't make us feel d the atmosphere was super clean and really good vibes. the only reason I gave four stars was because it is a little pricey but the açaí is super fresh and they had a lot of options! highly recommend this place for good açaí bowls!!

This was so good. Great customer service. I loved how fresh the ingredients were. She sliced the bananas for us right there in front of us. I enjoyed how she talked about the history of Acai and how it's eaten in Brazil. Very nice place. I thoroughly enjoyed my bowl here and highly recommend!

Today my family and I had a terrible service at Kingdom Acai on International Drive in Orlando. According to google, the place closes at 10 pm. As soon as we arrived at the site at 9:55 today, (01/05), there was a family leaving the site and a couple still paying. When we entered the place, a man was extremely rude. First thing he said was that it had already closed, but the sign said it was open when we entered, and he said that he would only assist us if it was for takeout. We said that the order was for take out and that there were more people coming (at that moment they were walking to the store door),when he saw more people arriving at the place knowing they were accompanied by us, he turned off the open sign and started closing shop. When we left the store decided not to eat there because of the service, it was 9:58. Terrible service! they could politely tell us that they could not assist us. We're not coming back!Hoje eu e minha familia tivemos um pessimo atendimento no Kingdom Acai da International Drive de Orlando. Segundo o google, o local fecha as 10 da noite. Assim que chegamos ao local as 9:55 hoje, (01/05), tinha uma familia saindo do local e um casal ainda pagando. Quando entramos no local, um senhor da meia idade foi extremamente grosso. Primeira coisa que falou foi que ja tinha fechado, porem a placa dizia que estava aberto quando entramos, e disse que so nos atenderia se fosse para take out. Dissemos que todos eram para take out e que tinha mais gente vindo (nesse momento eles estavam andando ate a porta da loja), assim q ele viu mais gente chegando ao local mesmo sabendo que estavam acompanhados da gente, desligou a placa de aberto e comecou a fechar a loja. Quando saimos da loja decididos a nao comer por conta do atendimento, era 9:58. Atendimento pessimo! podiam nos dizer educadamente que nao nos poderiam atender. Nao voltamos mais!

Taste is subjective, I'm opposite of most of the other reviewers here, but this is the best acai I've ever had. It's pure acai, no other ingredients added! That is the taste of acai unlike other products or offerings out there that water their versions down, this is 100% concentrated acai.That being said, this location in particular I've visited three times, and every, single, time there has been no one working there. The store is obviously open, with toppings out, iPad POS on the counter, etc. I don't understand why there's never anyone here during the hours they claim thier open.Don't waste your time and go to the other Kingdom Acai location here in Orlando.
