I was directed to the third window and received the incorrect order. It is not my responsibility to ensure that the correct order is given at the window. In other words, the restaurant has not improved in providing the complete order at the window. There have been instances where I have been missing a sandwich as well.

Thku, cub side service was excellent, and the server was kind and polite.

They never give extra caramel in the frappe no matter how much you beg or pay extra. It’s like they doing it out of spite.

Just wanted a quick breakfast. No jelly, but biscuit, no butter. No way to eat a biscuit, it's kind of a necessity and we're going through the drive through so we're not coming back.This McDonald's, that's very poor writing for me. One time out of ten getting good service
