Papa Gio's Pizzeria Of East Orlando

Ordered a big cake n baked ziti tonight.i called her to tell them how delicious it was! Even if they mess with any order, they'll fix it. really like these people n the food is very good!

Very disappointed: After waiting for 2 1/2 hours for a delivery today. When I called. I was told by a young lady that the delivery to me every minute driver was very close. Another 1/2 hour happened then she said it would take 25 minutes. I was arrested. Carlos took the phone and was incredibly rude. He told me you can pick it up yourself, you have drivers can recommend we deliver bithlo, Christmas, etc., not just your area. The driver is waiting for the order here. The longer I call you, the longer your order will take. I was very polite and only asked how long it takes. I'll put the call on. Not only that I got bad service, I was also badly treated/ badly treated. I'll never buy from this place again. Order at 5:26 pm Time is 8:02 pm no delivery yet.

If I can't give stars, that would be terrible to give wings full of feathers, you? we go back and the manager says? He eats them every day? would never again be terrible customer service everything was bad after $80 plus

I had ordered wings and as soon as I opened the lid, all wings were full of feathers, especially with this wing upstairs. As if they were sure the one with most feathers was up. It is the fact that the employee had the Audacity to cook the wings with the feathers, not only that BUT CLOSING THE LID and SERVING ME THE WINGs JUST LIKE THAT! I went back and asked to talk to the manager, and I had asked him to eat that and his answer was? I eat them every day.

Convinced the family to try a new pizza resturant over Pizza Hut or Domino's. We where optimistic and happy to help a local restaurant over a chain. It is a decision I regret doing. We spent around $70 on getting the following items and listed from worse to mediocre. Gyro, cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, tortellini D'Amico, and garlic bread. The gyro bread was cold and split as if it was a corn tortilla. This is the worse gyro I've ever had. Pizza was dry and not a lot of sauce. Overall it was okay, I would prefer any other pizza chain Lil Ceasers, Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's. Pasta was better but not by much, and the garlic bread which included was the best part of this experience. I did call back just to let them in hopes they fix the concerns for future customers. They offered to remake the order but we didnt have a desire to experience a disappointing dish. FYI they won't do refunds on dishes that have been tasted/eaten.....
