Billy's Tap Room Grill - Ormond Beach

My family just discovered this place a month or two ago my dad said it instantly reminded him of his parents house up north. 13 years we here everyone failed to mention this gem. The steak is to die for, the lobster was fresh didn’t even need butter, bread is dynamite the potato skins are like no other. I mean have you seen the cowboy steak??? Man I come from a familyOf big men respectfully and they could barley finish it because it was so big, but they wanted too because the flavours are all there. Not to mention of the best service we’ve been provided here in Daytona beach and sadly we just saw they are selling it to new owners. Please whoever takes over don’t you dare change a thing, that place has treated us so well in the 4 times that we went. The story on the front of their menu mentions the owners name are Lily and Doug so thank you guys for going above and beyond keeping your service/food/ atmosphere at 100% at all times the new owners are gonna have some tuff shoes to fill.

Being a local and only being there twice to see for myself the first time was amazing the second time was terrible and due to the lack of response towards my concerns on my review (feel free to read) I will not be back until contacted about my experience. With so many other great locations for an enjoyable dinner out I can choose a number of other places to have what should be a great experience when dining out!

Had a large group, there attitude was terrible refused to seat us without reservation. When we said we didn't have to be seated together they called the owner. Was told he said they couldn't seat any of of us. And was turned away. When we walked out staff was making faces. Will never go back from **** pour attitude and lack of service even though they continued to talk walk in customers. If a zero stare was allowed they would get it!!

Hands down the BEST steak I've had in ages. Excellent service--thank you, Faith. Wonderful atmosphere. Great cocktails. Would absolutely recommend.

Again haven't been in a long time. I understand it is under renovation at present. Really nice place, it was full of a bit of that old world charm. You know dark wood, excellent bar and good food. Hope it doesn't change.
