Mcdonald's - Ormond Beach

I requested a burger without meat for my child, but halfway through, she opened it and found there was meat on it. Since she doesn’t eat burgers, she didn’t touch it. We won’t be returning.

We visited this restaurant before an appointment and arrived early to grab a bite to eat. However, when we opened our bag, we discovered that one item was missing, and there was cheese added to two other dishes, even though we didn’t request it. We returned to the restaurant, and they were expecting us. They quickly resolved the situation by giving us two items instead of the one we originally ordered. Although we don’t frequent this place often, their response to the mistake was definitely impressive and appreciated.

The manager—or whoever it was—refunded someone for a sandwich, but I was left confused since I had ordered two sandwiches myself. Why not just refund the entire order when so many things went wrong? It really didn’t make any sense. To top it all off, the staff member I dealt with had a really unprofessional attitude. If you want to provide decent service, it should reflect the $15/hour wage. Overall, this experience was far from satisfactory.

I come to this McDonald's fairly often. Today I was so dissatisfied with my meal. The Big Mac was okay... but the french fries were so pitiful! They weren't crispy and fresh but limp and cold. I could only eat part of my meal.When you come to this place you expect hot crispy fries!! The Coca cola was so watery, I feel like I threw away nearly $8,00!

I like the iced coffee and love getting a sugar free treat.
