Came here in our holiday for a Thanksgiving Day meal as it was one of the few places open. The staff was very friendly and service was fast, although they were packed. Both really enjoyed the food and the cheesecake dessert is also very good. Also large selection of beer

My husband likes this place. Great fish and chips he also likes the liver and onions. I don't do well here being Gluten free. Nothing on menu that could be Gluten free is prepared to make sure you won't get sick. Also I have been asking for Gluten free beer for years. They have no desire to cater to people that are Gluten free.

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I visited on a Monday night around 8:15 PM, so it wasn't crowded. We started with two appetizers: the chicken wings and the mushrooms. The mushrooms were amazing and absolutely enormous! For our main course, we had the fish and chips, which were light and delicious, and the shepherd's pie was hearty and flavorful, packed with plenty of potatoes and a rich sauce. I definitely plan to return. The prices were very reasonable too!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant. Although they don’t start serving until 11 AM, we popped our heads in at 10:35 and received a warm welcome. The food was excellent, and the service was good as well. It was likely the best meal we had all week. I highly recommend dining here!

On Wednesday night, we went to Trivia night at the restaurant. My husband ordered the angry groupers, and he said it was delicious. I tried to place my order for stuffed groupers, but the trivia host was too loud for the waitress to hear me. She ended up guessing what I wanted and asked if I wanted a grouper sandwich or dinner. Unfortunately, when my food arrived, I received crab cakes instead! Eventually, my actual order came out, but only after my husband had finished most of his meal. It was good, but it was frustrating to receive the wrong dish. The lesson I learned is to make sure the waitress repeats my order back to me on busy nights like this one. It was a fun experience overall, especially for those participating in the trivia!
